Hands,body and vocal tremors
I've been experiencing hands ,body and vocal tremors from past 4-5 years and it increases when I'm nervous.Is this treatable ?

Yes it is treatable. It is likely to be a tremor syndrome known as essential tremors or exaggerated physiological tremors.
Essential tremors are treatable and suppressible with ongoing medications. But do remember there is no cure for these( meaning single shot treatment which completely abolishes tremor for ever).
