Hi All, I have leg pains from the thigh if I walk. Neck is also paining during night from last month. I did TSH test and result is 0.58. Please confirm whether I am diagnosis with Thyroid or not. Thanks

I am having tingling in hands and legs and pain in legs . Tingling is since 10 months . It goes and comes back .

Hi doctor My son is 16 months old he doesn't hold things properly with right hand. We thought he is left hander . Right hand  thumb finger is almost closed like we call in Hindi mutti same thing he does. Whenever we give anything in right quickly he transfers into his left hand. He has no pain also. Please suggest me what to do....

My mom is a diabetes patient..while sleeping she is complaining the her whole body tends to become numb..this problem she is facing from a month... which doctor should I consult..

It started with a flu in Nov 2017 and after I was feeling bad so I went to the doctor, he gave me tablets and later I was feeling a kind of dizziness. And some days later it became serious. So I met an ENT who gave me tablets against vertigo for 10 days but still... I travelled out of India few weeks later and went for a CBC, it shown an infection. The doctor gave me antibiotics for 10 days after 4 days the dizziness was going away slowly and the 8th day it came back again. I went again to meet the doctor he ask me to complete the treatment and wait for 4 to 5 days and do a CBC again. I did so and then was showing an Infection again and gave me antibiotics more stronger, so I took Azee for 3 days after I felt a bit better but the dizziness was still lingering and some days later I got brain nerves issue and I went for a Brain MRI. Nothing! Till now am having nerves problem. The right part of my head pains me, a kind of pressure, my health condition is very bad.

I have at least 2 migraines with aura every year (visual disturbances, weak, numb arms). It seems to be spicy food that triggers it every time but im not sure if it's just a coincidence. I recently read that migraines with aura increase one's chance of having a stroke. Now I'm concerned that maybe these migraines are harmful every time i have one.

Today I have a swelling on my left side of face without any pain but before few days i have pain on my left side of head and neck and also i feel weakness on my left arm

Once in a month or so, the lower left side of my head starts paining. It pains uncontrollably and I cannot sleep at night. I cannot do anything. No pain killer works on my headache at that time. Please suggest any tests if I need to take. Thank you

Father My father age 77 has  vertical dementia for last 6 plus years . Have been consulting sr neurologist few times and started first time in aug 2016 ...donep 5 then increased to 10 mg a day It was very effective n he started doing normal like reading newspaper tv etc After 8 months around feb 2017 ..donep  stopped giving same results n he was irritated abusiveh when awake . Memory issue and difficultly in maintaining balance while walking. CT latest n MRI aug 2016 attached He had by pass surgery in 2008 with right carotid. Then in 2009 n few more time had sodium defiency na coming down to 104 in 2009. Post which he walked only with stick Now in aug2017 doc put him on donep 10. But he was sleeping or eyes closef atleast 20 hrs in a day. We consulted and he was put on admenta 10 twice last month in feb along with Amazeo 50 once . After admenta started.. he doesn't sleep 20 but 10 to 12 hrs . But last few days again he is sleeping 16 hrs around . Pls suggest if any change needed?
