Migraine attacks if frequent then she requires continuous treatment to suppress headache , however if few in a month then only symptomatic medications . Get her evaluated by a Neurologist for secondary causes of headache and better characterisation of Migrane type . You’ll have to keep a tract of her triggers so that she can avoid situations which cause migrane
