Why do i get headache almost everyday. It covers my jaw, ear and head, sometimes right side or left side. I have done treatment for migrain aswell for 3 months but still feels very uncomfortable because of this pain.

May be because of tension. It’s more of stress headache . Checkout which is causing this headache. Also avoid long screen time
