Baby fall down
My 6 month old baby fell of the bed,she looks nor,mal but after 5 day she has mild fever,about98.5,I took her to the doctor he told all is god,but I m worry about the fever,is the fever is because of fall

Need not to worry , If the child is active, taking feed well and there is no other symptom like irritability . Fever may be due so many other reasons but as you have mentioned temperature was 98.5 which may be a normal temperature for baby.
Next Steps
Watch the child for any abnormal symptoms like refusal to feed , abnormal body movement .If no such symptoms child is fine
