Brain and Spine Problems

I had my first seizure at 30.Now i am 45. In these 15 years , i had 4-5 episodes of seizure.However, for the past 2 years , i have not had an epileptic attack.Recently , EEG and MRI scan were done and both were negative.Doctor prescribed Clobazam 5mg twice a day.But i am getting increasingly depressed and irritable. Frequent anger outbursts are happening.Is it alright to stop taking the tablets altogether since both EEG and MRI are negative ?

So I have been having this what started as a headache in the back of my head that’s started shooting down my neck when I was walking home from school. It has only gotten worse over the past few days. The pain never goes away even with 800mg of Advil and this morning I had a fever again that was 100.4. I was also struggling to focus at work last night I felt like I was almost stuck in my head and was so fatigued and my neveres felt strange.

I have a benign nerve sheath tumour growing on my foot. I’m wondering if I can have some information about the surgery. Eg. how long it’ll take, how long recovery will take..

Dizziness from past 1 and half year have consulted two doctors one told b12 deficiency and other low bp but I took both medication but I am still suffering!!

Doctor , both CT scan and MRI showed negative results. Could i stop taking anti-epileptic drugs now ? i am taking clobazam 5 mg but it is causing depression.
