Brain and Spine Problems

Every once in a while I will get deja vú, however whenever it happens, it’s accompanied by dizziness, nausea, and sometimes followed by a headache at the base of my skull in the back. I can’t think of any common factors that could contribute. The symptoms last quite a while after an episode. I can’t even predict when it will happen. I sometimes go years without a spell, whereas I have had a spell once a day for the past 3 days.

Whenever i board a cab or in the cab, i feel like the vomit is to come, dizziness and nausea and a severe headache. Is this motion sickness or something else.

I dropped something delicate. i turned to put it down but dropped it instead without realising. that part is completely blank. i was surprised when told i dropped it, have no recollection of the few seconds after turning to put it down. this scares me & feels wrong.
