Brain and Spine Problems

My brother 35 is getting unconscious for half an hour from a week. First stroke was for 2 hours and then in second day had another stroke for an hour. On fourth day had 4 strokes each lasting for almost half an hour. He doesn't pee nor his teeths are tightly closed while getting unconscious. He feels pain in head before and pain around heart after stroke. BP normal, ECG normal MRI shows nonspecific leukoaraiosis. He is having some immense tension from family problems. He also smoke.

Hi there, basically I've had a constant headache for thd last couple of weeks now, it's been on and off for a couple months and it varies throuoght the day with how intense it is. It's like a throbbing pain round my whole head and it hurts to shake my head and I'm sensitive to sharp loud sounds. Not sure whether it's serious or not but it is a real bummer having a headache all the time.

My father has been facing some nerve releted problem or psychiatry probleme after having a microsurgery i.e. lap-coly, which has done on 9th Nov'17.Now he can't do anything with his own effort like whenever ha ask for eating then he will, otherwise not.He asks for everything whatever he do,he doesn't acquire any courage to do anything,,....pkzz help

Started birth control November 26 and stopped on December 12th due to nausea and bad headaches. Going off the pill didn't stop the headaches. The pain varies but usually not above a 5. I have felt exhausted and my body temperature has been lower than usual lately, my eyes somewhat hurt and feel "strained" and it is only sometimes associated with noise sensitivity and light sensitivity. It is at front part of forehead/head and sides at temples. It is a dull throbbing and can sometimes be intense.

My mom is a patient of sevear migraine.. From last couple of days she is getting unconscious once in every 24 hrs. After getting her conscious back, she is suffered from gastic trouble and feel very tired along with heavyness in head.. Right now she is taking Depran 5mg twice a day along with other multivitamin capsules like recharge plus, topaz25, beta cap, gemcal.. I need to consult about this issue of her.

Having Functional Limb weakness, mild pain in head , having walking problem

I am a migraine patient my headache occur in right side and few days I am suffering from right shoulder pain which is unbearable when I sit this pain is unbearable and when I an lying I feel relax plz Dr. Ask me what should I do?

I have the problem of mild cervical. I feel dizzy on lying down and nausea as well. I last faced these symptoms in february when 2 medicines were given to me- DEFLAZACORT & VOVERAN SR. I recovered after having them. Now i am again facing the same symptoms. What can be done? Can i take the same medicines again? Could you please mention the dose?

I am having throbbing pain since last 5 days on left side of forehead , also at the back of my left eye. If I take an analgesic like brufen...the pain goes away but as the time passes like 15-20 hours the pain comes back. Is it sign of migrain and what kind of doctor should i go to. Thanks.

My mother had brain surgery. She was diagnosed with cancer. Her right side is in paralyzed condition. Need physiotherapist for one visit per day in Gurgaon sec 47. Should have experience of attending such patients.
