Brain and Spine Problems

When i was about 8 i had my very first seizure. I continued up until i was about 11, when I had my final cluster of seizures. My seizures werent every day more like every other week and they only happened in the middle of the night. but anyhow when i had went to the doctor and got the CAT scan and EEG they said that what ever it is that was there they no longer saw it. Headache since from last 4 mnth n i cant sleep at night too early n wakes in the early morning hours i have my job shift in the early morning iam suffering with heavy headache problem

I hv avm of size 4x5x6 cm in right temporal lobe which i came to knw in 2015 when i got first episode of sezuire further which was treated in aiims with gaama knife however size of avm get reduced to half its now of size 3x3.5x4 cm and edemr surrounds the avm according to mri taken in oct 2017 but problem is that i got weakness in my left body since from may 2017 which gradually comes and i am continuously doing exercise physio since from the day i feel weakness but I didn't find any change in my self i feel problems in walking n doing thing with my left body doctor gives me dexamethasone 4 mg twice a day with diuretics i have taken them too more than two months but here's no change and conditions of my body is same but before and after gaama knife i was perfect with all limbs i am facing problems mainly after april or may 2017

My family member has been suffering Neuro problem. He is not able to move. He is under complete bed rest for the past one year. Taking many medicines suggested by doctor. Please provide solution where to consult.

My head hurts everyday and only one side of my brain hurts and on that side there is a vein which pops out like it's going to burst Sometimes it tough to talk or even open my right eye because of the headache help me its really painful

Fits on my right side of body I start shaking then I pass out . When I wake up then feel weak on my right Side. Scans show what looks like a tumor on my brain but it's not solid .

My 13 years old brother had a Brain AVM (arteriovenous malformation) which caused Bleeding in the Left Hemisphere (hemorrhage) and he's been in a coma for a month now he has a pneumonia and rash on the skin also he has no pupil reflexses is there any chance he will wake up?
