Brain and Spine Problems

I have noticed the above mentioned symptoms a few times and I'm not sure if I should be consulting a doctor for that. I have been experiencing the symptoms such as involuntary smiling and lightness and weakness in my limbs , mostly in my hands and fingers . These symptoms occur very rarely though but I want to know if I have to see a doctor.

Which doctor treat for sleep disorders. Please suggest best doctor in Bengaluru for taking treatment .

I feel severe pain in my left leg only when i stand in the kitchen .i am surprised to notice that despite working whole day long in office, i dont feel any such pain.but it arises suddenly when i stand in kitchen & that too only in the left leg. Kindly suggest any remedy to solve this problem Should i consult any neurologist or some other physician.

He committed suicide on 23 jan he is still in icu on ventilator no response by him says doctor by any chance you can tell best doctor to look on MRI report and tell whether this can be cured.In fortis doctor said cant say anything. Possibility is very low. Some parts of Brain is damaged. We are from Mumbai India.
