I feel my REM sleep isn't happening, waking up from sleep btw 2 to 3am everyday and this is happening since last week. I go to bed by 11pm usually, till 2am no disturbances, after that I feel I ain't sleeping and just keep rolling on the bed. I'm feeling inactive for the whole day because of this, please suggest
