Treatment of focal dystonia

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Is there any permanent solution of focal dystonia or advanced writers cramp. Already taking medicine under supervision of neurologist doctor like pacitane , clonozopam , etizolam , syndopa tablets. What about botox effect.
