This should not be taken lightly.. my suggestion is to consult a headache specialist.. a neuro specialist... for same... vascular headache looks like the probable diagnosis...
Next Steps
You should get a mri of the brain... and be on some medicines to relive the pain..
Health Tips
avoid paneer, cold drinks, direct sunlight and no fasting either..
