Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doc, my mother is 70 years old. We got her MRI done which says 1. No acute infarct is seen on DWI images. 2. Chronic ischemic foci are seen in cerebral white matter. 3. Mild prominence of csf spaces and ventricular system are seen -s/o generalised cerebral atrophy. Rest all is normal. Please guide.

My dad fell from the bed head on and had a stroke. After that he keeps forgetting things which happened a second ago or things from past. He now talks,throw his hands around in sleep. Some time he talks some random things which are completely irrelevant. He also sometimes gets too excited and clap loudly . what is his problem? and what should i do? i have consulted many doctors but he is not getting any better.

My mother had a stroke and her right side paralyzed also lost speach, she is 82year old and it happend on Dec 1st. She is taking the tablets Amlovas-5, Nefropress C100, Eptoin, Losar 50. There is no improvement of the condition. please advise if any alternative treatments

She had head giriding always from 10 days. I have shown st. John hospital. Still she had giriding. Which doctor I have to show. Can you suggest best doctor. Am from Bangalore

Facial Muscles of left side are not responding properly and there is continuous headache

In 2008 first time i fall down certainly for 2 to 5 min 2 times in the month.i have done EEG,ECG,CT SCAN OF BRAIN.the report are normal.the same dropped attack happend in the year 2011,2015 and recently in dec 2017 two times.doctor suggest me EPTOIN tab.i takes medicine regularly.after 3 months doctor told me that may there is no epilepsy or something like that may be ear problem.but medicine will be continue.but doctor after taking this medicine from last 3 months my body is getting weak and maximum time shrinking specially my hand.what should i do???

I have migraine from past 8 years and lately the frequency has increased. I take Naproxen for pain relief. I am a Female with age 33.
