Brain and Spine Problems

I had an accident 5 years ago, my head bump into the floor really hard because i was running. And i did not see a i wired and i bump into it and it cause me bump into the floor so hard.

I had acute pain in neck and left shoulder and numbness in left thumb. After MRI analysis doctor said I have pinched nerve in C5 C6 region. Medicine given: Gabantin Plus, Peglin NT, Paradox It's been 20 days since I started taking medicine. Still I have numbness in thumb and little stiffness and pain in upper hand. How much time it will take to cure? Also do I need to get my B12 and vita D checked?

Been having frequent migraines recently. They started about a month ago and are almost a daily occurrence. I went to the E.R. for them once they gave me an I.V. And a pain releaver. I don't remember the name. It stopped them for about a week. They hurt worse if I sneeze, cough, yell, or bend over.
