Brain and Spine Problems

I feel headache mostly times and it is in the whole region . Tingling is there in hands and legs . I am sleeping more than usual . Always feel dizzy . I checked my b12 it is 335 .

Hello sir /madam 8 months ago I faced a nerve problem and my doctor advised me to take lonazep 0.25 mg I took the medicine for 8 months but left it 10 days back. Now I am on no medicine. But in night I always feeling vibrations and jerk feeling in my head. But guide me what is the problem?

Actually, I'm suffering from headache and dizziness from last a year. When i take medicine Tryptomer 25mg and Nexito 10mg then we feel like comfortable and fine and if i stop medicine then again we face trouble. Can anyone help me out from this situation? Is it any serious metter?? in Mri report, no abnormality has been found.

I can feel that my hand is shaking all the time. Whenever i press a tv remote or hold a spoon, it is visible more clearly. When i do heavy workout or lift some heavy thing or when i get angry,it increases. Sometimes i can feel my whole body trembling after heavy workout. It is happening from last 2 years.what would cause this to happen? Is it because of vitamin B12 deficiency or low/high BP? Please help me out. Thanks

I sometimes unable to walk even a single step after get up from bed. I feel severe pain in my thigh to bottom sometimes in right and sometimes in left. Tab dolokind mr give me temporary relief.
