Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having recurring headache for past 4 months. It has been continuing for past 15 days at a stretch. It's a pulling type headache mainly from front portion to center of the head. These headaches are the worst in the mornings after sleep. This headache just never seems to go away. The intensity just varies a lot. It is always present.

Half of my face is not reacting. After 5 days of my delivery i faced dis problem docter prescribed steroids for 10 days nd physiotherapy is going on

Lesion is infratentorial in midline and on right side.It is located just posterior to mid brain tectal plate with mild mass effect. Posterior fossa midline Right paramedian mass as described above - Germinoma/Meningioma.

Pain started 40 years back. It was relieved by single dose of alprazolam 25 mg for around one week. After about 25 years the said medicine is not giving relief. By chance Buprion 150 was prescribed. It worked after few days. Now also working but not permanently. What should I do?

Hello, My father had brain stroke approx two year back due to which he had blood clotting in brain which has impacted his speech power his body is fine but he is not able communicate efficiently. He know the word but find it hard to speak. I am getting his treatment done at AIIMS but no improvement so far. Can you please advise

I have been experiencing very short lived warm feeling in my left leg below knee in a limited area for the past 3-4 days. Its like i feel something warm in a local area for 5-10 sec and then it goes away. What could this be and who should i consult? To add i feel slight dizziness all day whenever i get out of bed. I have drop foot on my right side. Had a laminectomy without relieving the drop foot. Post-surgery I had electric stimulation by P/Y without success. What more can I do to regains strength and control of my right foot.

Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing twitching and tightening of my right cheek (just below right eye). This has been regular (like once every half and hour or so) for 3 days now. I am worried is this symptom of epilepsy ?
