Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
I have headaches(left side) for 6 months and they diagnosed CVST. i take in blood-thinners and daily ibuprofen(400~800mg) since 6 months ago. there is no evidence of improvment. i am not sure doctors here understand what they are doing! please help!

Dear user , The treatment for CVT is to give anticoagulant which is a blood thinner.. Like Acitrom or warfarin...there is no other alternative medicine for this problem. If headache is not improving then a reoeat MRI brain with MR venography has to be done.
