Left transverse cerebral thrombosis
Dear all,my father is diagnosed with left transverse sinus thrombosis after confirming with MRI scan.. doctor told to acitrom 2mg every day for 15 days after that to take PT/INR test..is it necessary to take this test while taking acitrom? Or any another tablet available without taking test for 15days?is it curable with tablet??

Doctors have given the right advise . The patient needs to be on an anticoagulant , and PT INR has to be adjusted to 2-3 . Yes their are other options where testing may not be required
