Brain and Spine Problems

I have migraine problem. I'm taking ayurvedic medicines. Now sometimes i feel as though i have memory loss or confusion while working

My dad is brainhemrrage and paralysis body .my dad is not work left side half body part pain is body

I am in stress for long time, now i feel i am not able to memorize & concentrate on many things why?

Head is greedy. It's somewhat in the alternate days. Yesterday it is ok. Today not well. In previous MRI Scans, there is no issue.

Ive been having severe neck and upper backpain , then came numbness in my arm when i woke up which wouldnt last qfter i did some stretches but now it wakes me up at night and in the morning my hands and arms are numb and it stays that was all day long .should i see my regular physician or a chiropractor? Sometimes the pain in my neck is so bad ill get headaches in the back of my head.

My wife often suffers with the severe  migraine pain . This happens half of side (always left). She feeds the baby too. Please suggest what should we do in this case. Can she take VASOGRAIN..

Over the past few years, it seems like I am responding less and less to pain. As a kid, I felt everything pretty normally. Some injuries in high school resulted in constant pain that faded. Lately though, I only feel the initial injury or nothing at all. I learned yesterday that my arm is broken, even though it feels totally normal. I felt the initial injury, but within a day it felt normal again. Some other injuries I never even feel. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?

My mother is directing for d10 d11 cord compression as a result of ligament flamum and cord edema which is not getting well even after 2 months of treatment plan suggest

Tingling, numbness in right shoulder blade/right shoulder when i sit without any back support. Tingling into hand fingers early morning. please suggest reason and what test and doctor need to follow.
