Constant heaviness in head n tingling

Asked for Male, 45 Years

I'm having continuos heaviness on top of skull. Continuous tingling sensation in back near arm joint. Also some time pinching sensation beside left year. Hat heat hit in small iron gate while passing through it 18 days back but above symptoms are much before head hit.... Having fear of height too....
