Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir/madam i feel like light-headedness and went to doctor they suggested check for vitamins and my blood report is vitamin b12 is 172ng and vitamin d is 6,she suggested neurobian forte for 10days and meconerve plus for 15days,i feel everyday nausea lightheadedness,headache,is my vitamin b12 vl b increased,shall i stop meconerve plus tablet because of that tablet i suffering lot

Severe headache and lost my body balance , not able to walk far, brain arrest happening some times.

Hi, I'm suffering nerve pain from right leg Botox to bottom of leg, any please suggest any medicine for that .

I am feeling certain sensation as if my nerve at the left side of my skull is beating. What sign it is. Also I have terrible neck pain.

I have a herniated disc between L5-S1. But MRI shows no nerve pinching yet. I dont feel in my buttocks or my legs. I only feel pain in lower back and only when i receive jerks like travelling on bike. After travelling, i feel pain and after some little stretching, the pain reduces considerably but little pain still remains.

Forgetting everything after study/very less concentration/having immensely headache while trying to study/thinking of something but telling completely different words/very less reflection/insomnia problem! Suffering from all the problems with very serious condition!reading a book for several times,but can hardly understand few lines of them!need urgent help!is this kind of problems are completely curable?

Frequent severe headaches ? What could this be ? Very scared pls help .....................

Headache at parietal left sided likes throbbing radiating to left frontal and behind ear

Stenosis with cauda equina syndrome a month ago۔ doing doing regular excercise of my legs and it's much improvement in movement of my legs and feet forwarding but stil foot drop in both legs with tingling pinching electric radiation continues۔ Cathret still fixed but continues infection۔ passing stool still uncontrollable۔ the saddle position and both legs still numb۔ I can't sit for long as my sitting position still numb. How fast I can get recovery and what physio or excercise recommended. Please advise.

Shortness of breath inability to concentrate, confusion dizzy, disoriented and blurred vision feeling disconnected and not knowing how to talk to people or what to say shaky hands and body faint pulse
