Brain and Spine Problems

I want know best cure for spondylosis. I have been suffering from neck pain past 6months. I consulted in care hospital and medicine for 2months , still my I didn't get any relief. Pain is increasing recently.

I am 41 years old. I have got back pain in lower back and neck and leg pain for past six month.I did MRI scan the results of the scan is 1.Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at L5-S1 level 2.Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at C5-C6 level Please give me the solution to this problems.

Hello sir, I am suffering with headache that will remains on every Sunday and Monday morning because i am doing night shift job so when i change my sleep timings on saturday it was showing impact on next day morning with severe headache and vomiting which can not bare the pain.
