Brain and Spine Problems

Once in a month or so, the lower left side of my head starts paining. It pains uncontrollably and I cannot sleep at night. I cannot do anything. No pain killer works on my headache at that time. Please suggest any tests if I need to take. Thank you

Father My father age 77 has  vertical dementia for last 6 plus years . Have been consulting sr neurologist few times and started first time in aug 2016 ...donep 5 then increased to 10 mg a day It was very effective n he started doing normal like reading newspaper tv etc After 8 months around feb 2017 ..donep  stopped giving same results n he was irritated abusiveh when awake . Memory issue and difficultly in maintaining balance while walking. CT latest n MRI aug 2016 attached He had by pass surgery in 2008 with right carotid. Then in 2009 n few more time had sodium defiency na coming down to 104 in 2009. Post which he walked only with stick Now in aug2017 doc put him on donep 10. But he was sleeping or eyes closef atleast 20 hrs in a day. We consulted and he was put on admenta 10 twice last month in feb along with Amazeo 50 once . After admenta started.. he doesn't sleep 20 but 10 to 12 hrs . But last few days again he is sleeping 16 hrs around . Pls suggest if any change needed?

I have been taking 27mg of Concerta for the past 6 days. It has not improved my symptoms of ADHD and instead has made me feel sick. Every day, a few hours after taking the medication I begin to feel nauseous, tired, dizzy, my head feels heavy, and I also feel blue and dead all the time. I'm not sure if this is the right medication for me and I'm not sure what I should do. My doctor is not available until after the weekend.

Hello my friebd aged 20 has been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia because he had body pains. He was severely stressed from past 5 months and used to cry daily. he has no family history of fibromyalgia. So could his stress have caused it or something else. My son is suffering from epilepsy seizure Nd he had 07 episode since Nov 16. He is put onValparin 300 tablet, dalus syrup(piracetam), levinxt syrup ( levetiracetam). He had history of seizure on long intervels as 2-5 months. But recently he had 02 episode in 10 days. He has almost normal mental apprach but he has problems of muscle tightness.

Anyone suggest the treatment plan n elaborate the MIR scan of below attached file. History of dimentia symptoms

My father is unable to move his left leg and it starts from foot and it went up and he is not able to walk and now his left hand paining. He gone through all MRI test like head, neck, lower back and leg and everything is showing normal. Please suggest me Thank you
