Brain and Spine Problems

4 yrs male child don,t walk itself till now. He speak only some words. He can walk with catch of other hand. He may not control his body balance by himself. He has suffered with convulsion after one day of his Birth, It was frequently appear up to 18 month. His brains EEG & MRI reports are normal. At present he has given 12.5 ml Gardenal & 5 ml Epival syp towise a day . 1. Will he not be normal or take more time to be normal ? 2.Please advice of any other medication for his better improvement.

I read about brain tumor 4 months ago and after that I was under severe tension for 3 days until i did my mri. Also i have anxiety after reading diseases on google.
