Dear sir/ma'm My wife feels pain in small Brain occasionally. After taking neproxen it settle down. so i need advice that it is good to take naproxen??? Please suggest

Hello , Doctor i am having migraine since 2014 after that i got migraine attack very rarely and whenever it occurs I used to take vasograine. Now from past approx 15 days i am getting these migraines attack daily in the mrng while going to office.. i m really in pain. Need a doc nd treatment . I had visited a doctor who advised me to take amitriptyline 10 mg in night daily and to take PCM when pain arises . Its not working please suggest i really in pain

Have attached MRI & CT scans and report, with some photographs. Still MRI scan clear photographs are remaining to be uploaded. As per some doctors the tumour will continue to grow and his condition will not improve and will further deteriorate, nothing can be done because of his age, he is closing in onto 100 yrs, My question is that no one really knows if this is a cancerous tumour, also its identification is difficult as biopsy and operation is out of question per his age, i understand that but do we not have any option to just wait and watch while he circles down the drain. Does medical science have no answer to provide medications/ injections which may reduce the size of tumour and stop/ postpone the degradation and probably improve his condition without doing and operation?? Plz help me in improving his condition. Thanks
