Brain and Spine Problems

I m suffering from developmentel venous anomly in left frontal lobe. Please suggest me what treatment i take

A patient who had a brain haemorrhage a 3 weeks ago is to be discharged in bed ridden condition. We need to create a set up at home for further care. Need to discuss the same.

I m 68 years old suffering from gas and indigestion with insomania problem since 36 yrs.cremaffin liquid gives relief and for sleep Lonazep 0.5 mg mouth dissolving help in 4 hrs sleep in night. Since may 2017 I suffered from cervical spondylosis. Dr prescribed Etoricoxib 90 mg and physiotherapy. I went under physiotherapy for 3 months and took 3 tablets of Etoricoxib 90 mg only. Now again on set of this summer the same problem arose. Pantoprazol etc doesn't suit me. Please advise

I am suffering from migraine my doc referred for 1 tablet of lonazep .5 mg but I have too much headache for deep sleep can I take 2 or 3 tablets

Vitamin B12 is showing 119pg/ml how is it going to effect my health?? how severe the problem is?? Is it too low ??

My father is 76 yrs old. He is suffering from diabetes, bp, hypertension, prostrate. Few days back he got brain stroke in which his eye sight vein is affected. Memory became low. Physican advised vision and memory will come slowly in few months. We consulted neuro physician he said reports are OK vision and memory will come in few months. But now his behaviour is abnormal. He closes door, window and then open, stares up then closes fan, we consulted psychetrist gave medicine for suffocation.

I have a terrible headache for nearly a year. Most of the time I suffer from headache. Whenever I'm in headache, a large stain of blood falls in my left eye. Suffering from Anxiety, Panic Disorder,from last 3-4yr.but from last 5-6month condition going to be more worst. So on Doctor advice Start taken medicine are as 1st.- PAXITOR CR 12.5 2nd- ,MET-XL & 3rd- CLOZE 1mg.{after dinner 01 Tab.each} & 4th- OLMIN-40 (after break fast) From treatment not getting satisfactory result even a new problem arise as Feeling a very mild pain on the center of the left side of chest most of the time in a day.please advice me for getting satisfactory result.

On 17 april my 15 years old brother met with an accident. He was riding bike and disbalanced it and severely injured. As this incident happened he became unconscious. He didn't get any fractures on his body , some minor scratches on elbow and leg area but got broken his mouth inner area. It's been almost 11 days he is still unconscious, from the first day he does hand and leg movements,some times opens eyes and tries to move neck . Doctor is saying that there is swelling in his mind and some blood clots are there. And they can't say till what time he will be conscious. Now we are being hopeless as condition is almost same from first day and don't know what treatment they are doing in order to remove blood clots and make him conscious. I will be very thankful if anyone out there suggest me what I need to do in this situation , should I take him to better hospital or believe in what they are saying and wait .
