Weird warm feeling in left leg
I have been experiencing very short lived warm feeling in my left leg below knee in a limited area for the past 3-4 days. Its like i feel something warm in a local area for 5-10 sec and then it goes away. What could this be and who should i consult? To add i feel slight dizziness all day whenever i get out of bed. MRI and MRA were all normal.

Hello! Have you checked your Vitamin B12 levels? Kindly do it and share the report with me on online consultation by Practo. According to Ayurved this may occur due to a combination of Vaata and Pitta Dosha. For analysing this we need to undergo a consultant.
Next Steps
Kindly share your B12 reports. Also check your BP and share it.
Health Tips
Avoid having excess spicy, oily and hot food items. Also do regular cardio exercises like walking, swimming etc
