Left hand, leg weakness & tongue weird

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Weakness or weird sensation in left hand and leg and also tongue is feeling like it's out of my control or feel like a weird sensation on tongue what can be the reason I'm overweight my weight is over 140 kgs and I am taking metoprolol succinate 12.5 mg since last 3 years please guide me further. Bp is normal since last 3 years
