Hi. I have an essential tremor in my left hand (or wrist I guess) it's been diagnosed. I'm right handed so it's been okay for the most part. However my left hand doesn't really have the ability to grasp things properly anymore. Recently though my hand writing is starting to get quite bad and sometimes illegible so I'm worrying that the tremor is 'spreading?' Is that possible? If so what should I do?

Essential tremors is a slowly progressive condition. Though you were diagnosed once, visit your neurologist again to ascertain what the current symptoms are - progression of previous illness or a new additional disease
