Brain and Spine Problems

I have a lower back pain since 6 months and along with this i also get anxiety attacks since past one week i have got multiple anxiety attacks and my lower back pain has become worse, there is hands and legs pain as well and feel bloated after the attack, i have done master body check up, ecg,liver,kidney,chest x ray blood tests have all normal

I am suffering from Low Back Pain extended to both legs. I am diagnosed with Lombard Spondylosis L4-L5 and L5-S1. Doctor prescribed me Vitamin B12 Tables, Vitamin D3 and Calcium Tablets and Pregablin 75 fro 3 months followed by an Epidural Steroid injection. If it does not give result micro surgery. Any physiotherapy will work instead of Surgery.?

Hello sir i am 19year old i feel unconsciousness when i see blood or at some stressed movement i get faint for 1 to 2 mint. Is it normal? because of weakness of some other issues?
