I have a ringing sound in my brain all the time. And some times a big ping pong ring across from ear to ear. It's not my ear cause I plug it with finger and I hear it inside. What could it be?

My sister headache symptoms seems like spinal headache but she didn't undergo a spinal tap or spinal anaesthesia.She is getting this type of headache frequently.
