Brain and Spine Problems

This friend of mine expressed many times his earnest desire to rid of drinking. But whenever he began to do so, he felt very uncomfortable, anxious and even had his hands shaking. Where can he get a proper treatment and totally come out of it? He lives in Sec 19 Noida.

Started noticing my hands twitching last month sometimes when I rest my elbow on anything my hand shake at times when I hold spoon it shakes too,at times I raise both hands up but I notice my fingers Shakes. I think about the shakes a lot and it get worst but when am not thinking about the shakes it ease . I have also had body twitching in almost every part of my body before I started having hand shaking and feeling of fears

Initially I have severe headache due to gas or wrong eating habits. I started taking crocin pain relief . It used to help with the headache pain. But years on I now need to take more of it i.e. 2-3 tablets for the pain to subside. Even after correcting my eating habits , I suffer the headache so it leads to taking the painkillers again. It has become a visious cycle . Please help me with curing it. Lately it has lead to depression and anxiety also .
