Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis since 2 yrs. Now i am attending physiotherapy (IFT TENSE) for cervical and Lumbar as well. And i am even getting tingling in legs and hands.Tinglings became more while on treatment. I am confused and  i am getting nerve pinching pain in head into my eyes also. Can you please tell me that,Does  physiotherapy has any effect on me or this are all due to my health issues. Please clarify because I am really confused and afraid meanwhile.

I'm 23 years old, at my 14/15 age,I started to feel tired and this tiredness became to grow with years with High heart beats with Tremor in the hands, shoulder, face and neck when stirring.five years ago I started to feel weakness and disorder in hearing voices and same in vision eyes problems and I have Lack of strength in my body and even in my legs. Is this a genetic disorder ?

Hello sir/mam,    I've been having a headache till last three months on nov-2017 .I've been internal head injury right side above ear at Nov month ,no blood flow .But at that time ,I will little faint .At present time my headache increasing day by day. Morning and night headache increases daily since last three months. I will not sleep right side because my Right side brain pain more. And other symptoms is eyes strain,neck pain Right side, hearing problem right side ear during mobile calls,faint, vomiting,eating and chewing problem right side jaw. After rest at bed ,I will not stand properly and headache increase during morning time and afternoon rest time.

I've headache and numbness,pain and sweat in left hand and leg,sometimes on face . And pain in left eye and sometimes just i feel like unconscious from past 4 months... Even feel like noise coming out from both ears

I need to know about the harms which this accident will cause.. is it a dangerous or what ..please help me ..

4 yrs male child don,t walk itself till now. He speak only some words. He can walk with catch of other hand. He may not control his body balance by himself. He has suffered with convulsion after one day of his Birth, It was frequently appear up to 18 month. His brains EEG & MRI reports are normal. At present he has given 12.5 ml Gardenal & 5 ml Epival syp towise a day . 1. Will he not be normal or take more time to be normal ? 2.Please advice of any other medication for his better improvement.

I read about brain tumor 4 months ago and after that I was under severe tension for 3 days until i did my mri. Also i have anxiety after reading diseases on google. Now i am having body pain since 3 months and i have read that stress causes fibromyalgia. As i have taken lot of stress i am having very guilty and my anxiety has increased please help me doctors

Is there is difference between CT head and CT pns There was pain on my face and head, docter consult me for CT head and he said you have a vascular headache and i continue medicine,but still problem is same. There is pain on face bone on there joint and on forehead, sometimes also in backside head Please help me..
