Brain and Spine Problems

My 11 months aged son twin(born in 30 weeks) had a  cerebral parenchyma with prominence of sulcal spaces and lateral ventricles with areas of ulegyria" -- diffuse cortical atrophic changes ( HIE related or postnatal infection). What is it mean and how will be the Future of my son?

Hello. I am from Karachi, Pakistan. My father is a parkinson disease patient for like 10 years. we have consult to many doctors here in pakistan but all in van. he's getting weak day by day, he's having problem in drinking , eating and swallowing the food. we give him liquid and thick food and drinks. everytime he starts feeling very dizzy and because of that he is unable to walk properly. when he starts to walk his legs starts to shiver badly. kindly please suggest something what to do now.

One week back left hand got pain. Later now right hand muscular pain. What to do and which specialist to consult?

Pain in left eye and with it there is pain in the left side of head and it goes to near back side of left ear neck. Kindly suggest as what to do and there is no problem shown in head scan report and eye specialist analysis... neuro doctor prescribed nuroflow medicine to me.

My wife (29 year old, feeding 8 months baby) has been suffering from severe lower back specially in late night since 2 months. The strange thing is that the pain is very mild in day time but severe in the night with headache. She doesn't have any other symptoms like weakness or tingling or burning sensationin in arms or legs. She only has headache with this pain. The pain starts 2-3 hours after sleeping. I'm very much worried about spinal tumors and cancer. Please help me in this.
