Brain and Spine Problems

Pain in lower back for last 3 months. MRI says it's minor disc bulging. What should i do for curing that?

I am overweight, recently am diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I smoke and I drink. I smoke about 12-15 cig a day. Please tell me how dangerous is this ?

Hi I recently started working for a wood flooring company about 3 month now. I was asked to help a guy that was dumping a bucket of lacquer thinner. No respirator head to breathe the thick fumes for 60 seconds. Afterwards I had I headache and have felt a bit off for the last few days and Im seriously worried. I have read that lacquer can damage Brain, Lung, Kidney do chemicals headache, mean you are killing Brain sales or is that a math. How dangerous are there chemical.

Does optic nerve damage and inflammation caused by multiple sclerosis can be detected by Ophthalmologist in the clinic ?

Actually I m a patient of absence seizure and it was the first time when I had an epileptic attack yesterday I'm worried and confused if epilepsy is cuz of absence seizures or vice-versa

Respected Sir,after conducting CT scan doctor has told me I am suffering my gliosis and given 15 days medicines but he has not provided satisfactory answerer to my questions. Kindly guide me about the threatement of this disease.
