My father 68 yr age something feels heavy tounge , not able to speak fluently, but after 6~7 hr it's get Normal

MR images reveal thrombosis of intracranial. part of left ICA with attenuated calibre and paucity of cortical branches of left MCA. What is meaning of this statement and what is treatment of this problem. Please sir tell me.

Day beforeYesterday she had some dizziness in morning than again since than her one right side eye cornia moved slightly in another direction due to that she is having issue of dual visibility,I have checked for MRI and consult in Jaipur and as MRI doctor it was stated that due to multiple blood clots in brain her visibility is less ,it is happened due to diabetes and BP,I need your suggestion whether it can be curee d or not,if required I will share the MRI reports.

I have spinning of head and breathlessness most of the times, all my tests are fine although I have cervical issue and disc buldge at C5 C6 and C6 C7.I am taking accupuncture treatment for it,not sure what it could be . Please reply

I have suffering from pain and swelling in my hand nerves after removing a dripp and injection , I was admitted for 30 hour and taken many dripp and after discharge from hospital I am suffering from pain and swelling there in where was injected drip .

I've been suffering from severe headache and nausea for the last 2 days. The back side of my head which is close to neck and inner-ears are aching badly. What could be the cause?

I tend to have seizures and faint due to remittent fever. Last week I had an exam and 2 days before I had my symptoms upcome. I went to get a glass of water and suddenly fell down the stairs..
