Brain and Spine Problems

My cousin has been diagnosed with abnormal myelination. ( Brain) T2 SHINE THROUGH SECONDARY TO GLIOSIS. 1. Is this condition curable? 2. What are it's effects in later age ?

His fits is heredity. I would like to know. But google says disease runs in blood...? Like I'm a DNA.

I am getting spinal cord pain for 6 months i consult a neurologist 3 months ago. scanned my head but there is no problem. doctor suggested me to use tablets 1. neurorex forte 2. lecal k2 3. cuprega sr 75 , i am using these but my problem not solved, now i am getting numbness in my hands. please give me a solution.

I'm 20 years old & I have pain in my head sometimes. This pain like to vibration of heart (dhak dhak vibration of brain in one side sometimes both sides). But it is not always. After well sleeping it is removed. But when I have sardi & bukhar then I'm suffer from this type of pain. Please suggest me what is this. Which test detect some danger desease.

I have problem of hand tremor, not since childhood but it was stated when I was 18 year old. Don't know why this happened to me. I can not write fast due to tremor in hand.
