Brain and Spine Problems

I was playing with my son about an hour ago & I was laying down on my back with my head slightly elevated; I was shaking it side to side. I then felt what I can only describe as a pop on the right side of my head. Not in my neck but in my head. It was followed by intense pain for a few seconds & then a warm sensation that started on the right side & spread to the center & back of my head. I still feel the warm sensation as well as a congested feeling & a weird ache/pain on the right side.

What is the risk of not taking Ecospirin for patient with internal head injury and history of Cardiac ailments? In this case Ecospirin is not allowing the internal bleed to clog.

My aunty is detected with non cancerous neurofibromatosis. We stay in Sikkim. We got the appointment in Delhi on 23rd June. Will that be an issue to wait for 20 days more.

My elder son has speach disorder since his 12 years. He love to play games and work on computer for long time. As we examin his speach disorder is due to the pressure of computers. When he is away from computer atleast 2 3 days he is totally fine but if he is busy with it for 5 to 8 hours, he cannot speak almost a word. This problem is not from the birth, does it have any cure?

Will tension syndrome will cause fever in between 99 to 99.8 ,Ian having headache and fever pattern is at 5am it is 97.8 and 6am 98 and 8 am 99 at afternoon in between 99 to 99.8 evening at 9pm it is 98.6,,what's reason Iam attached my problem in the below pls help doctors
