Brain and Spine Problems

I have burning sensation in my feet from last 6 months. i get tested vitamin, blood sugar and everything is fine. i have alopecia areata and thyroid and burning sensation is coming from the same place where i have lost my hair in the legs. i have also done test like nerve conduction surgery. i have visited many doctors in last 6 months and i no one was able to cure this. i am not able to understand what to do now ?

I have headache problems and dizziness and also fever in 1 year ago till today I can't concentrate on any subjects
