About 3 weeks ago, I was injured in a bicycle accident-in which I smacked my head on the pavement, resulting in a large knot on my left temple. In time-with using ice -the knot and the headace went away. Until this past Tuesday-when I got into another accident on my bicycle, and again I hit my head-in the exact same spot-and now I again have a knot, except it is a lot bigger than the last one was. Will treating it with ice be sufficient, or should I go to the hospital?

It is better to go for a neurological evaluation and if required brain imaging to confirm that there is no serious injury at the earliest. Best regards.
