Brain fuction not working
I use anti depresents for 4 month and I stopped using pill and started doing yoga for brain power but I didnt have change in mind I didn't feal any thing why it happenening I use a syrup that name normeta that contain self genarated alcahole not more than 10% is it bad. I feal brain power and clear mind before started using the anti deppresents and syrups please give me solution to feal brain power when doing yoga

Yoga and regular exercises do help in improving confidence and feeling of well-being so please taking any alcohol based syrups as they have addiction potential.
