What is the role of vitamin B12 deficiency in auditory nerve and brain...can u prescribe me tablets for vitb12 supplement for 23 yrs age..

If you have B12 deficiency then you may have a pale yellow tinge to your skin a sore and red tongue (glossitis) mouth ulcers pins and needles (paraesthesia) changes in the way that you walk and move around disturbed vision irritability depression changes in the way you think, feel and behave a decline in your mental abilities, such as memory, understanding and judgement (dementia) Why were the blood levels for B12 done? Who referred you for the test and for what reasons?
