Tingling and electric shock feeling
Hello, I have been feeling tingling and electric shock if I sit in cross leg position on ground also numbness. Excess of acidity as well. Please suggest me some solutions for these symptoms. Thanks, Mahadev

Tingling and numbness in crossed leg position can be normal or could be an early symptom of a peroneal neuropathy. Get a detailed neurological evaluation and get treated accordingly. Best regards.
