Brain and Spine Problems

I have minute sound always hearing in my right ear for more than 8 months that is disturbing my sleep i get only 4 hour sleep awakened always on 3-3.30 am on midnight.i consult a doctor in my area and he said it is tinnitus.can tinnitus disturb sleep or it is some other problem related to Brian there is no restful sleep for me for more than 8 months.i want restful deep sleep how to cure this.i take some Ayurvedic medicines but it doesn't work

My self Vinod. Year ago I met with an bike accident, my jaw bone was injured (wearing bike helmet). And within week I had little surgery for jaw bone.
