Back pain near spine and vertigo type feeling from last 4 days what should i do to cure this problem

I have been experiencing twitching mainly on eye(sometimes left, majorly right) and forehead from about 2-3 months now. They are not severe but noticeable. Sometimes pulsation is there on forehead and that sometimes causes a mild electric impulse type feeling. I have had blood tests Vitamin D/B12, thyroid etc, all were normal. What is causing this? Should I be concerned?

I have experienced seizures 2 times in last 1 month while in sleep. I feel my muscles stressed during my sleep and i reach to a state where i am about to awake but then i go into deep sleep state. One common thing about these seizures is that everytime i woke up in the middle of the night to go to loo and when i try to fall back sleep i experience this. I had a medical condition of epilepsy due to trauma 10yrs back too but since then it never bothered me.
