Brain and Spine Problems

My husband has been facing daily migraine headaches for a few days now. It had last occured many years back but has resurfaced now. What should we do for pain relief?

How does it heal nerves? Taking NUROKIND LC for long term like 2 years ,does it have side effects ?

I have a permanent lump on my head (top of skull) that does not heal. Should I be concerned ? Is it cancerous ? I can feel a bit of pain on that spot if I press on the left side of behind of skull.

I"m taking Pregaba 75 mg BD and Baclofen 5 mg BD for the last 2 years for my neurogenic pain, burning sensation in lower limbs and painful muscular spasms. Is there a better alternative medicine available for Pregaba 75 mg (I also took Gabapin for 1 year before switching to Pregaba 75) Also, In winters , this issue of muscular spasm increases, what massage oil (Sesame or almond) is preferably suggested?

Tingling in left thigh,heat sensation & minor numbness increases when I stand long (usually with weight on my back like a bag) , while standing in bus, train. This issue has been there with  me since last 8-9 years.Neck been sore since a month and usual movements are not restricted but turnjng the neck around gives pain which is mild. Please suggest what the issue might be and if they  are related and the right specialist to go to for diagnosis as I am confused if this is orthopaedic , neurological or something else

Very tight glasses has caused swelling and tightness in left side of head. I'm facing mild photophobia, lack of concentration since 1.5 year. I've taken traditional and almost all alternative therapies but still I feel tight band on left side. My CT scan report was normal. What treatment should I take to release this left tight region? Please help.

Hello sir I want to consult for my father he is suffering from chest tuberculosis since 2009-2010 and he he also started course of tb but interrupt in between but finally he completed his course almost twice but till then he lost his one lung. And on September 2015 he suddenly got his first stroke in which he became unconscious 5-6 hrs after that he came back to normal but now on 28/10/2018 he got second brain stroke then after few test taken here by the doctor. Both neurologist and psychiatrist doctors are saying he is suffering from Tb meningitis in severe stage and it is beyond curing and he have hydrocephalus in brain. Patient lost his sense and sometimes get unconscious. Suggest me what should I do now currently he is admit in local hospital in emergency. Thank you
