My father had eye problem, he very often wink if over activity, he had that symptom since tooth extraction. He had treated by neuro doctor but not much better until now

It is detected at NIMHANS that there are neurocysticcerosis in my wife's brain and it's in deep in left basal gangila. But NIMHANS doctor prescribed only anti appileptic medicine (Epitoin) . Till now I have some confusion regarding that egg of poke tape worm which is in my wife's brain at left basal gangila.why doctor sir did not give any medicine for destroy that egg of taenia solium or why did not tell about any surgery for extracting that egg?

My mri report shows intradural lipoma. I want to if it is cancerous. Sub total excision of lipoma has been done.
