Brain and Spine Problems

My father is facing severe pain in middle of brain and they feel like it's heating like fire. They are also feeling  emotion and irritating.

I am in severe pain even if I am unable to walk Many painkillers I used but all in vain Physiotherapy also not helpful

Regularly headeche will comming for me When tablet taken it will be normal What is the problem may i know

From last 15 yrs I have been consulting doctors (eye specialist, ear, urologist, gastroenterologist & recently I consulted neurologist) for below mentioned symptoms. Lastly I was prescribed rejunex OD tablet, D-veniz 50 mg tablet, which I stopped taking 2 months ago. Most of reports comes normal, (Various blood test, urine & feces test, chest x Ray, abdomen & pelvic sonagraphy were normal) I have vitamin D & B12 deficiency. Symptoms are Stiffness in neck & shoulder, (stiffness increases when I am nervous or due to chilly weather) Feeling chills (even others require AC of fan, I avoid it & also wear a jacket, bcoz I feel cold & my finger go numb) Tinnitus Ear wax Retinitis pigmentosa (tunnel vision) Dry eye Stressed eye Sinus & cold Sleeping issue (affected by lots & lots thoughts & multiple dream,) Sometimes I sleep for 18 to 20 hrs but still doesn't feel refreshed) Lack of appetite (1 burger make a feel full) Gastro issue (bloating, burping) Tried many medication & test, it still wo

My grandmother has been suffering from paralysis of left side since last nine years and has lost ability to speak but was able to still respond and do her work from left part of body. Now from last three days all of a sudden she collapsed and ever since she looks like she is sleeping doctor said to feed her through pipe via her nose which we are doing to help her regain her strength but the condition is still same ever since. Please help what steps should we take.
