Brain and Spine Problems

I feel like a tingling electric sensation when I stretch my right hand with mild pain and discomfort. This started 1 week after I went through a blood test and during the test I felt that the needle hurt me more than usual. It seems to me that the needle hit a nerve somewhere. Is this something serious or goes away with time? Any suggested treatment? Thank you.

I am facing a little heaviness in my head a bit dizziness and vertigo type feeling having a little pain in my back initially I thought the dizziness feeling is due to lack of energy but now its not going away five year back i had the same problem of vertigo and dizziness and it remained for 1 month at that time doctor told me its due to some neck problem as i used for to study for long time please suggest me what to do

I am a 20 years old boy. I am very scared and worried about a big disease like cancer, brain tumour from last 6 months. And due to this worry, I had MRI brain in January and the report was normal. But after that, I again worrying that I have a tumour so I again have a ct scan head at last week. So, please, convo me stop my anxiety about it And I am always worrying that I got a tumour after MRI after a ct scan Sir, I have MRI in January can that MRI completely rule out the chance of a brain tumour although in November Can I get a tumour in a few months And also feel some physical symptoms 1 a tight band wrapped around my head 2 tightness and pain in the neck 3 nausea 4 dry mouth 5 ringing ears 6 dizziness 7 restlessness 8 tense muscles 9 weakness 10 upset stomach 11 mild headaches from different parts in the head 12 eye strain 13 constant worry Etc What's the reason of symptoms

Sir I have pain in back portion of head from 1 months and in eye also....... ..... I am taking Naxodom 250 but their is no effect..... What I have to do...... I am preparing for neet examination big because of this I can't focus on study.... Sir please advise me.......

Currently i am taking 2 tablets of Eptoin H 100 mg daily.. It was 2 year to have medication for this issue. The size of cyst is 15mm. Is it required to operate soon or it could be curable through medicines.

Whenever I laugh , I feel headache at backside of my head as if something hold my nerves. This is happening to me for 2 to 3 years. Such pain is observed during laughing or when I think too much . Rest time it is normal . I have been taking too much tensions for years. Is it due to anxiety ? Though I am going to consult a neurologist in few days  , I want to know meanwhile if this is something seriously we a tumour or else . Medical background - I have issue of sinusitis but I don't think it may create such issues .
