Brain and Spine Problems

I sometimes experience tightness at the back of my head, on the muscles it becomes tight what could it be

I'm suffering from vertigo and dizziness from past 5-6 months. One day I was standing near a lift in my office and suddenly felt like the earth is shaking under feet, since then whenever I go there I used to feel like I'm falling down. So I avoid that place but later it got worse subsequently and I started to feel dizzy and giddiness whenever I walk or sometimes when I close eyes and sleeping. That feeling has developed more (and it happens only in office )and there are few places where if I go I feel like I'm about to fall. My main concerns are, 1. I feel dizzy and something's vibrating in my head along with neck pain and coming out of eyes(happens in home also).2. whenever I go to few places (only in office and never encountered that in other places) like washroom or cafeteria I feel like I'm falling down. What I've observed is during that time, if I move a bit or hold anything that's moving I feeling I'm moving and about to fall and suddenly my anxiety shoots up.Heart palpitations.

How much VitB12 max per day can I take? My dr. Prescribed me pregabolin with methylcobalmin tabs.75.Also I m taking DiavitPlus. Can I take both ?

Good morning sir, Hi, I got seizures 10 years back and then from 8 years I am taking encorate chrono 300 and it worked properly for me and I am not having any episodes from 8 years and I am taking encorate chrono 300 dosage Daily 2 tab should I continue or reduce or change the drugs. Another doubt is I am gaining weight because of this drug should this drug Will have any side effects please convey me whether it will have any long-term side effects. Should I continue or reduce the drugs. Can medication can be avoided.

Hi Doctors. My mother in law is feeling numbeness in her right hand wrist. And it is increasing everyday.  We did MRI of spine, and Doctors has suggest surgery of c6 n c7 ASAP. Please check report attached and let me know if he surgery is required. Actually we are worried about post surgery complications. Like if surgery fails what would happen, and what is the success rate of this kind of surgery. Please help.

Hello, I recently visited a doctor for headache and he had advised me tablets - diclomol, mucinac and taxim - o. I do have sinus problem but I don't know if this problem that im having currently is due to sinus or not. I have a head ache is very constantly there every moment since the last 4 days and recently like a week back I had quit smoking too. I do not have any pain near my lips,  upper eyelids or near the nose which is normal during issues ! The problem is only with the headache which is constantly there. What should be done ?

Neck pain..cannot walk as freely as before..Has consulted orthopedic and neurologist but not got any result yet..It's been 6 months

Head blow at the road..no blood come out..but memory lost for some tym...now bp got raised and headache also persist.ct scan normal xray report also normal

C.T. findings 1.Osteopanic bones with marginal osteophytes at multiple vertebrae suggestive of degenerative changes 2.C2 and C3 block vertebrae 3.Diffuse disc bulge at C3/4,C5/6,C6/7 levels causing thecal sac and bilateral neutral exit foraminal compression exaggerated by posterior marginal osteophytes.

Pain in buttock at the left side the pain goes down the leg from the back of the thigh to calf n foot making it uneasy to move or walk properly. The intensity of pain is very less while the body is relaxed it starts paining while walking or any other movements that stretches the leg and the butt.
