Brain and Spine Problems

Today morning while getting down the bus, the hydraulic doors closed suddenly. Hinges of the door broke down and hit my forehead very severely. There was some screws protruding from the door, and one such screw hit my forehead (above eyebrows) with a severe impact. Bleeding occurred, I went to a hospital within 20 mins and got dressing done. Took a TT injection. Doc told that it was a deep puncture and if I experience any vomiting, I should get a CT scan done. Now I'm experiencing slight vomiting sensation but didn't vomit. The would is deeply cut and I can feel it. But there's no much pain. Is there any chances of skull injury? Is it something to worry about?

Having tinnitus since 2014. 2 weeks ago tinnitus increased in left ear. ENT asked to have MRI brain and auditory canal. Please tell me if below MRI info is normal: "7th, 8th bilateral complexes are seen surrounded by vascular loops. AICA appears to be forming into a loop both sides and entering into internal auditory meatus, reaching half of meatal length. More prominent on left, as AICA is in contact with the posterior margin of left 8th nerve at the region of nerve's origin from the pons."

Hallucinations, delusions, withdrawals, hearing voices experienced by a teenager boy how to deal with it ?

I am suffering with essential tremors in right hand fingers/hand while writing and aggravated during anxiety or fine work of writing otherwise I am quite normal. It is since last more than 20 years which gradually increased from minor to severe year by year. Now it is very difficult for me to write.  Whatever I write it takes too much time. Letters are being zig-zig. Pen tip pressure is always more than normal. I am even facing problem in putting signatures. Now I am feeling weakness also in muscles of my right hand and very little problem in holding filled glass by right hand. I am insulin supportive diabetic since 2007. Please suggest me some medicines accordingly. Are the tremors curable or not.

My MRI report shows that i have a problem of slip disc in my L5-S1 vertebra and doctors suggest me for surgery, but i just want to know what other best option is available for me and plz tell me that spinal decompression therapy will help me or not.
