From last 10 days, i am having some throbbing pressure in my right head ( no pain). This gets better on its own and then worsens. Also i feel pressure over my nose right side and feeling of confusion. The right neck muscle is kind of stiff as well. This pressure in head worsens when i take deep breaths .. Having dry cold also, no cough but nasal passage is often closed with no mucus Please help.. Just undergone surgery for fistula 20 days back

Hi doctor, My son is 13yrs. Yesterday he was fallen on the washroom. He had fits plus the body was jerking with stiffness. We took him to the doc.
