Looking for a solution

Good Evening Doctor. I have been in bed rest for the past 8 years because of intracranial hypotension, my clinical symptoms suggest I have intercranical hypotensio -Spinal CSF Leak and CVJ anamolies. I want to know if there is a treatment for intracranial hypotension and if I can be healed. Thanks
