Brain and Spine Problems

I often find myself clenching my hand/legs/ teeth infact the whole body. Even when I wake up I realise i was sleeping with my face and hands clenched and teeth grinding Into one another. At times I even feel my nerves are throbing and vibrating really hard. This never used to happen before. Im suffering  major anxiety issues also so I'm not sure why my nerves are acting up. and ive seen a few doctors but none could identify the problem to my satisfaction. Itll be helpful to gain a bit of clarity on what kind of doctor should I visit and if this is a physiological or neurological issue

It happened 8 days ago. He hit his head on the corner of a table, Parietal Bone(Above right Ear) is injured. On that same place he has a way older stitch also. After 4 days of injury that injured area started to swell. Now the swelling has increased slightly and that 1.5x2.5inch area seems very soft. It's paining while dancing, running etc. I tried taking some pictures of that area but it's of no use because of the hair. Now I wanted to know is there anything serious? 1.Does blood clot vanishes with time? 2.To whom should i contact?

I get panic attacks very frequently. Please guide on this problem as this is affecting my day to day work.

I had brain stroke three yrs back I consulted doc neuro logistics Now some month before I think started again with getting full name also peeing in bed So doc change the medicine He prescribed me Rouzoutine N increase dose of zenoxa Now problem is m taking Rouzoutine but I m having little headache at night Way to do now

I'm having pain in scalp which touches the pillow. I also have cervical spondylitis with disk buldge at c5c6 can this be related. I have tingling on the left temple too. My scalp feels like it's burning what to do

My brother in law met with an accident and I have uploaded MRI report on site, want a advice on this and good doctor in Patna for reference for further treatment.

Something happening in my head. I am feeling vibrations in my head. It is happening frequently. This is happening from last 3 months.

I was a drug addict.. from 6months i have not touch anything.. but my mind does works properly there is always a confusion in my mind.. and due to this i cant concentrate what to do.. I got stuck at my relationship.. I only think abut that.. I an not focusing on anything i tried a lot the only thing feel is that i am stuck.. not focusing on my career n whatever comes in my life

Have insomnia from past 2 months ,was prescribed atarax first didn't worked,then alprazolam didn't work then some antidepressant,after that lorazepam and lastly on nitrazepam which still won't work...nitrazepam made me very calm and made me sleep but I wake in the middle of the night,my body feel paralysed but my mind is active.
