Brain and Spine Problems

Need a Neurologist opinion on Scans? I am suffering from Migraine without Aura. (Trigger: AC) I went to a Neurologist. He has seen the MRI and its normal. He has recommended to take the following Scans/ Tests: 1. Digital EEG with Video Telemetry 2. Transcranial Doppler Monitoring / Microemboli Detection. Question: What is the use of these Scans/Tests? These Scans/Tests seems to be costly. Is it worth taking these Scans/Tests for Migraine? Will Migraine be cured after these procedures???

My father suffered a brain stroke & a heart attack simultaneously.It lead to re-paralysis of his left side body.Along,We are informed he suffered a burst in his nerve & is breathing on ventilator.Is there any chance he will survive?

Had vertine medicine for 10 days to fix head spinning.. still sometimes getting the same issue.. One doctor suggested " Betacap TR 20"..what can I do to fix this permanently.. having this issue from last 20 days.. Plz help..
