Brain and Spine Problems

Tests reports in the attachment. Got up suddenly from sleep and Ran for mituration, immediate fainting after mituration followed by seizure. Blurred vision after fainting for another 3 days Present treatments- Pan 40- SID; 30 days Tab. Levipil-750 mg-1-0-1;30 days Tab.Decmax - 4 mg tappered dose for one month I am a pathologist and my brother is under this treatment for past one week. Now  another doctor asked to stop this treatment.cause of unconscious and seizure is still not ckear. Can anyone doctor help me out regarding the same and what best we can do regarding this. He had no other medical histories.

Ct scan done and found calcified granuloma in right anterior parietal cortex and polyp/retention cyst in bilateral maxillary sinus suggestions needed thanx

My MRI report says L4-5 and L5-S1, desiccated disc with posterior disc bulge indenting thecal sac and causing mild stenosis of bilateral neural foraminae. Mild posterior disc bulge at few cervical levels indenting the cal sac.

Since last 6 months, I've been getting headache on my top right side of the head. Last month I went to a doctor, he diagnosed it as a form of migraine. He prescribed me medicines (Ciplar LA-40 & Dulane 20mg) and to certain extent it helped. Gradually, after 2 months I stopped the medication. Till that time the pain was not entirely gone, but the frequency reduced. Since last week, I'm again having headache for almost all the time. It is always the same spot. On the top right side of the head (please note, not forehead). I'm very very worried that this is not a tumour or something and I'm getting anxious regarding this. I really don't know how to explain the pain. It is on one side, kind of throbbing, but persistent. I can feel it all the time. During coughing, it aggravates. I'm thinking of getting an MRI scan. Please guide.

When I get up in morning...my legs pain severely starting from lower back. when  I walk my knees caps make sound. I have lot of knots in upper back section of limbs. on searching I found this as lipomas. I have lower  back pain from some days. lower back pain may be caused by my moped two wheelers...  I use to use to travel to office..its suspension is not proper.... but I have changed bike and using pillow to sit on in office.... the pain is still there.  I am 5.8 inch weight 90 kgs

My shift was changed to evening 5 to morning 2. Will reach my room at 3 but I'm unable to sleep sufficiently for min 6-8 hour. For last month my average sleep time is 5 hours per day. Could you please suggest me some tips for sleep

I am experiencing giddiness at intervals these days after quitting smoking 2 months back.. how to overcome this ?? Please guide Also i want to know whether quitting smoking is the only cause for such giddiness coz earlier i didnt have such symptom Does yoga and surya namasakar help in curing this ??
