From last 5 days I have continuous headache took dolo 650 and other cervical spondylitis medicine used tiger balm Bt no cure 24/7 continues pain please help

Hi, since 2013 I have been facing this problem of getting a bump on the right side of my forehead (Between hairline and eyebrow) which is painful. It becomes difficult to chew. It occurs for few hours. I observed that it happens whenever I am over stressed. It didn't occur for a while but today when I woke up in the morning I had this bump as I had a terrible dream. Is it worrisome?

Earlier While sleeping the hands used to become numb but yesterday the whole arms and hands became numb and I could feel ice cold water running in my veins. I'm type 1 diabetic and for past two days sugar is going above 400

When i run my hands through hairs it pains a lot.. specially in the crown area.. suffering from hair fall also. a dermat dr. asked me to consult a neurologist for this.. pls suggest if i need to go through some tests or is it a common issue.. what can bedone to resolve it.

Feeling Headache tinching and creating pressure type. Also feeling imbalance or dizziness while walking since 13 days. Consulted E&T as well as Orthopaedic but no improvement. They diagnosed Vestibular neuritis. But no improvement with medicines. X ray report showed no cervical in spines. vertigo tablets showing no effects. Please suggest whether I should consult a neurologist ?
